PARTICIPATION / CAMPAIGN / ONBOARDING
A CLEAR PLAN.
A SHARED UNDERSTANDING.
Review the participation process before your PMTE representative issues a final agreement.
BEFORE PAYMENT
YOUR TALENT PARTICIPATION DETAILS.
Performance and campaign scope
Each accepted talent receives a written scope naming the event, five-minute performance hour, stage assignment process, campaign services, price, payment schedule and production appointments. An application or preferred-hour selection is not a confirmed booking.
Content and permissions
Supply original or authorized performance material, clean show audio, a bio, photos and social links. New-content ownership, licenses, permitted promotional use, deliverable formats and revision limits are recorded in the signed scope. Provide social access through platform permissions, never by submitting passwords in website forms.
Travel and hospitality
Out-of-town coordination is distinct from airfare, lodging, ground fares and third-party charges. Travel purchases require separate approval. Your scope states included merch, meals, beverages, credentials and any guest access.
Revenue participation
Talent payments depend on event net profit revenue share. The agreement must define net profit, the talent pool percentage, individual allocation, eligibility, accounting review and payment timing. The published starting pool is $0; participation does not guarantee income.
Confirmation and changes
PMTE confirms acceptance and payment instructions before onboarding. Your signed agreement must state cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before payment. Contact info@powerupmusictour.com or 213-917-1033 with questions.
This page explains the process; it is not the final talent agreement and does not start a subscription or authorize payment.
