PIC charts rank the reviewed population monitored by POWERUP. They do not claim to rank every creator worldwide. Membership and sponsorship do not purchase a position.
Before the first chart
The collection period, eligible accounts, data sources, normalization by category, missing-data treatment, editorial rubric and tie-breaking rules must be fixed and published. Each weekly chart will carry its date and preserve prior positions.
Review & corrections
Suspected manipulation and data errors are reviewed before publication. Creators can contact the team to request a correction or update their profile. Paid promotional placements will be identified separately.
